Taxes
Just a friendly reminder to all you out there. The federal government offers a program to let people of a certain income level or below file their taxes online free. They do this by requiring every online tax preparation service to have a free version, but it's not well advertised. Here's the government site giving a bit more info and links to the actual tax preparation. Both TurboTax and H&R Block have versions on here.

I am below that income level, and filed my federal taxes online for free through H&R Block. It was very easy. But don't be tricked into paying the $29.95 to file your state taxes through them -- IL offers free online filing if you go directly to their website: tax.illinois.gov.

Happy filing!
