No Work Today

So our production network is down at work. Something about a router going out, so our network is no longer actually connected to the internet (but we still have web access - not entirely sure how this all works.) This is a bad thing since the company's business basically boils down to web hosting. It means that all our clients websites, our FTP (how we get info from most of our clients) and our email is down. Not so good. It also means that I have absolutely nothing work related to do. Plus, since we have an auto-attendant system for the phones and most of the clients just use that to get to the AE's and project managers directly without ever talking to me, I don't have to deal with angry clients either. So I think I'll spend some time reading this morning. Yeah, sometimes catastrophes are good things.
